బుక్స్ ప్రింటింగ్ కోసం సహజంగా మాస్టర్ పేజెస్ ను వాడుతుంటారు. మాస్టర్ పేజెస్ క్రియేషన్, మాస్టర్ పేజెస్ మార్జిన్ అలైన్ మెంట్స్ మరియు మాస్టర్ పేజెస్ లో పేజి నంబర్స్ ఎలా ఇన్సెర్ట్ చేయాలో ఈ ట్యుటోరియల్ లో తెలుసుకుందాం.

మాస్టర్ పేజి క్రియేషన్

1. File >> New ను క్లిక్ చేసి Document Setup విండోలో ఈ క్రింది విధంగా సెట్టింగ్స్ చేసి ok బటన్ ను క్లిక్ చేయండి.



2. క్రింద చూపిన విధంగా పేజి ఐకాన్ మీద రైట్ క్లిక్ చేసి Add Two Pages ను క్లిక్ చేయండి. ఇపుడు కొత్తగా Left page మరియు Right Page ఏర్పడతాయి. ఇక మాస్టర్ పేజెస్ లో మీకు కావలసిన మ్యాటర్ ను టైప్ చేస్కోండి.

మాస్టర్ పేజి మార్జిన్ అలైన్మెంట్స్

1. Window >> Show Master Pages ను క్లిక్ చేయండి. 


2. ఈ క్రింది విధంగా మాస్టర్ పేజి లేయర్స్ కనిపిస్తాయి. 



3. ఇపుడు Document Master లేయర్ మీద డబుల్ క్లిక్ చేసి Master Options లో ఈ క్రింది స్ట్రక్చర్ ను గమనించి మీకు కావలసిన విధంగా Inner Margin, Outer Margins సెట్ చేస్కోండి.

మాస్టర్ పేజెస్ లో పేజి నంబర్స్ ఇన్సెర్టింగ్

మొదట Left Page లో మీరు ఎక్కడ పేజ్ నంబర్ పెట్టాలనుకుంటున్నారో అక్కడ టైప్ టూల్ తో క్లిక్ చేసి Ctrl+Alt+P లేదా Ctrl+Shift+3 ని ప్రెస్ చేయండి. ఆ పేజ్ నంబర్ అక్కడ క్రియేట్ అవుతుంది.

తర్వాత Right Page లో కూడా ఇలాగే క్రియేట్ చేయండి.

మనం రికార్డింగ్ చేసుకునే నిమిత్తం మోదటి చిత్రం లోని Record the Screen అనే ఆప్షన్ ను ఎంచుకోవాలి. అపుడు క్రింది విధంగా Recording Tool bar కనపడుతుంది. అలాగే బొమ్మలొ వివరించిన విధంగా ఆప్షన్లను మీ అవసరాన్ని బట్టి సెట్ చేసుకోవాలి.

రికార్డింగ్ పూర్తవగానే మనం Stop Recording Button ను క్లిక్ చేయాలి. అపుడు మరిన్ని ఆప్షన్స తో కూడిన విధంగా క్రింది విండొ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది చూడండి.

Save బటన్ క్లిక్ చేయగానే .camproj ఎక్స్టెన్షన్ తొ ఆ ఫైల్ సేవ్ అవుతుంది.



అలా సేవ్ అయిన ఫైల్ ను మరింతగా ఎడిట్ చేసుకుని ఫైనలైజ్ చేసేందుకు, అతి తక్కువ సైజ్ కు తీసుకువచ్చేందుకు Camtasia Studio లోకి డ్రాగ్ చేయాలి. డ్రాగ్ చేయగానే Project Settings క్రింద Editiong dimensions బాక్స్ వస్తుంది. దానిలొని ఆప్షన్స్ ఇచ్చి మిగిలిన సెట్టింగ్ లు పూర్తిచేయండి. అలాగే క్రింది వరుస చిత్రాలలో చూపిన విధంగా Callouts ను పూర్తిచేయండి.

ఆ తదుపరి Production Wizard లోని సెట్టింగ్ లను పూర్తిచేయండి. చివరగా ఫినిష్ బటన్ ప్రెస్ చేయండి. క్రింది వరుస ఇమేజ్ లను చూడండి. 13 వ స్క్రీన్ షాట్ లొనూ, 20వ స్క్రీన్ షాట్ లొనూ క్రింది ఇమేజ్ లో చూపిన విధంగా MP4/FLV/SWF ఫార్మాట్ ను ఎంచుకుంటే తక్కువ సైజ్ ఉండటమే కాకుండా డైరెక్ట్ గా YouTube లోకి ఇతర వీడియో అప్లోడ్ సైట్ ల లొకి తేలికగా అప్ లోడ్ చేసుకుని ఎంబెడ్ చేసుకునే సదుపాయం పొందవచ్చు. 



ఫినిష్ బటన్ క్లిక్ చేయగానే Production Results చూపిస్తూ ఈ విధంగా కనపడుతుంది. 



ఫినిష్ బటన్ క్లిక్ చేసిన తదుపరి ఒక ఫోల్డర్ ఏర్పడి దానిలొ క్రింది విధమైన ఫైల్స్ కనపడతాయి. వాటిలో మనకు ముఖ్యమైనది .FLV ఫైల్. దీనినే మనం అప్ లోడ్ చేస్తాము.
